Coggins Promotional Advertising, Inc. requires our suppliers to adhere to restrictive substances guidelines and testing. Guidelines include the following:

1. California Proposition 65: Decorating and printing inks have been fully tested and do not contain chemicals at concentrations that would require a Proposition 65 warning label.

2. CPSIA: Evaluation and testing by CPSC-approved 3rd party laboratories meeting the appropriate CPSIA requirements for children's products.

3. Polycarbonates and Bisphenol A: BPA-free alternatives for sports bottles and other food and liquid storage containers.

4. Lead in paint: Per CPSIA, acceptable levels of less than 90 ppm.

5. Flammability in clothing: Fabrics must comply with the CPSC Flammability Fabrics Act.


Corporate Social Responsibility

Please be advised that Coggins Promotional Advertising, Inc. is committed to conducting it's business affairs in a socially responsible and ethical manner. We insist on providing excellent working conditions for our employees, and we require that our suppliers maintain just and decent working conditions throughout their supply chain.

Under no circumstances will we conduct business with suppliers who do not conform to the standards listed below:

Forced Labor - Coggins will not conduct business with suppliers who use any type of forced labor, whether in the form of prison labor, indentured labor, bonded labor or otherwise

Child Labor - Coggins will not conduct business with suppliers who employ any person under the age of 16 years.

Health and Safety - Coggins will not conduct business with suppliers who do not provide a safe and healthy working environment.

Wages and Benefits - Coggins suppliers must conform to all applicable local laws and provide legally mandated benefits.

Hours of Work - Except for extraordinary circumstances, we insist that our suppliers do not have their employees work more than 60 hours per week, inclusive of overtime.

Overtime Compensation - In addition for compensation for regular work, Coggins suppliers employees must be compensated for overtime hours at a premium rate as legally required by law.
